Visa is seeking a Project Manager for endpoint implementation services, focusing on IT infrastructure and client-facing delivery. You will gather requirements, guide clients on Visa regulations and features, and coordinate with global teams to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management, strong communications, and fluency in Spanish, English and Portuguese. In-office presence is expected, with some after-hours work to support go-live activities.

Formación

• Requires a minimum of 5+ years of Information Technology system knowledge with project management, IT infrastructure and applications.
• Breath of experience, payments focus, results-driven and client oriented.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience in a software/financial services role.
• Fluency in Spanish, English and Portuguese is mandatory due to global stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio.
• Strong time management, organization, planning and teamwork.
• Ability to set priorities, influence others and manage customer expectations.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management of retail banking, card schemes or payment tech.
• Comfort with public speaking and conveying information clearly.
• Knowledge of Visa payment processing systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project management planning, execution, closing and support for IT infrastructure projects for Visa clients.
• Meet milestones and deliverables while complying with internal artifacts and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with clients to analyze card program setup and implement Visa endpoints, products, and services.
• Report client project accomplishments and deliverables to management on a regular basis.
• Manage multiple client projects in parallel with product development and changing requirements.
• Handle non-routine, complex processing requests and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost team efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with Visa client institutions, processors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate global workgroups and involve them in communications and decisions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project artifacts (plans, status, minutes, issues logs).
• Represent client system requirements to internal Visa teams and ensure collaboration.
• Be accountable for objectives and drive delivery commitments.
• Make decisions to ensure flawless execution and secure necessary resources.
• Coordinate resources, testing certification, and negotiate requirements for go-live windows.
• Escalate jeopardized projects and address issues with management.
• Occasionally work late evenings or weekends for client/configuration changes.
