Medtronic seeks a Senior Training Education Specialist to lead training and change management initiatives for Pricing & Contracting transformations in Bogotá, Colombia. The role focuses on designing and delivering effective learning strategies that drive adoption of new processes and systems.

You will collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and leadership to create impactful learning solutions, facilitate sessions, and measure adoption success in a remote model.»

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Four years of experience leading the design and delivery of training for technology implementations or digital transformations.
• Strong instructional design skills for clear, engaging, role-based learning materials.
• Experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training and supporting end-user adoption of systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house systems training programs for Pricing & Contracting employees.
• Prepares training materials, develops course content, and coordinates development of training aids.
• Ensures training programs meet company and stakeholder objectives and maintains stakeholder communication.
• May utilize internal trainers and subject matter experts with technical expertise and revises lesson plans as requirements change.
