Medtronic plc recherche un(e) Spécialiste Senior Formation/Éducation pour diriger les programmes internes et les formations destinées au personnel et aux clients. Vous concevrez des solutions d’apprentissage et assurerez la réussite de l’adoption des nouveaux processus et systèmes.

Le poste, basé à Bogotá avec un modèle à distance, nécessite une expérience en formation technologique et en transformation numérique, ainsi qu’une excellente maîtrise des outils Microsoft 365 et des plateformes liées

Formación

• Diplôme exigé en éducation, ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou psychologie.
• Expérience de 4 ans en conception et livraison de formations pour des mises en œuvre technologiques ou transformations.
• Maîtrise des outils Windows et Microsoft 365; préférence pour Salesforce/CPQ/CLM.

Responsabilidades

• Planifier, développer et coordonner des programmes de formation internes pour le personnel et les clients.
• Préparer les supports de formation et les contenus pédagogiques; assurer l’adéquation avec les objectifs clients.
• Animer des formations virtuelles et soutenir l’adoption des systèmes et des processus.
• Réviser continuellement les plans de cours pour les adapter aux exigences et rester à jour.

The position will be located at Bogotá, Colombia in a remote model. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.* Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.* Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.* Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training.* May utilize trainers with technical expertise.* Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human resources, Business Administration, Psychology and/or relevant experience* Four years of experience leading the design and delivery of training for technology implementations, process changes, or digital transformations.* Experience developing and delivering training programs for technology implementations, process improvements, or business transformation initiatives.* Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and role-based learning materials.* Experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training and supporting end-user adoption of systems and processes.* Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) would be considered a plus* Experience using TechSmith applications, including Snagit, Camtasia, and Audiate.* Fluent English required* **Physical Work Location:** Bogotá, ColombiaExigences physiques du posteLes déclarations ci-dessus visent à décrire la nature générale et le niveau du travail effectué par les employés affectés à ce poste, mais elles ne constituent pas une liste exhaustive de toutes les responsabilités et compétences requises pour ce poste.
