EPAM Systems in Colombia is seeking a Senior Trading Application Support Engineer to deliver day-to-day technical support for the trading platform and B2B integrations, collaborating with traders, portfolio managers, operations, and finance professionals.

The role emphasizes automated testing, knowledge sharing, and training, with hands-on work in SQL Server T-SQL, Python automation, Linux, and CI/CD using GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services trading support or related field.
• Solid understanding of bonds and loans is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL Server T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Python for automation and scripting.
• Familiarity with Linux, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills and teamwork.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (B2+).

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day technical support for the trading platform and B2B integrations.
• Engage with traders, portfolio managers and operations to analyze requirements.
• Maintain automated tests and regression practices; support SDLC.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base for operations.
• Deliver training sessions and onboard new team members.
