Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Data DevOps to implement and support key aspects of our data platform in Colombia, including infrastructure changes, monitoring, automation, and end-to-end tracking across multiple environments.

You will work with Architecture and SRE teams, applying Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines, and use Azure data services such as Data Lake Storage, Databricks, ADF, and Synapse Analytics to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Terraform and Azure DevOps experience across multiple subscriptions.
• Experience with Azure data services: Data Lake Storage, Databricks, and ADF.
• Familiarity with Synapse Analytics for performance and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and architecture teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support infrastructure changes across the data platform.
• Establish monitoring and end-to-end tracking.
• Develop automation and self-healing solutions.
• Perform anomaly detection and event correlation.
• Collaborate with SRE and architecture teams.
• Optimize data platform activities and deployments.
• Communicate platform requirements with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot data workloads performance.
