Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Test Analyst in Colombia to strengthen automated quality practices for complex game systems. You will design sophisticated automated tests, extend scripts, and collaborate with engineers to ensure stable, actionable automation results within CI/CD workflows.

You will mentor less experienced testers, own test development, and help translate manual requirements into executable specs while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality engineering or software testing.
• Experience with test automation programming and scripting.
• Senior-level ownership and mentorship capabilities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers.
• Strong C++ programming skills for test development.
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design sophisticated automated tests for complex game systems.
• Expand automation coverage where manual testing is inefficient.
• Extend existing automated scripts to keep pace with feature changes.
• Improve test reliability by identifying and fixing flaky checks.
• Analyze automation logs and diagnostic data to isolate intermittent issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide automated reproduction steps and technical context.
• Monitor automation pipeline health and execution efficiency within CI/CD systems.
• Validate that automation results are stable, actionable, and trustworthy.
• Translate manual test requirements into executable technical specifications.
• Advise the studio on effective use of automation tools and frameworks.
