Golder Associates Ltd. seeks a senior Track Team Lead to oversee planning, design, and optimization of track geometry for passenger and freight rail projects.

You will lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and drive cross-disciplinary collaboration across civil, utilities, structural, geotechnical, systems, and operations teams. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of rail design standards, and the ability to manage complex multi-discipline projects while supporting

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience in railway track engineering on complex rail projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of AREMA, CN, CPKC, TCRP, and Transport Canada standards.
• Proven leadership, communication, and client-facing abilities.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and leading design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and review of track geometry and railway infrastructure designs to standards.
• Act as discipline lead for track design on rail and transit projects.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with civil, utilities, geotechnical, systems, and operations teams for integrated solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments, constructability analyses, and value engineering exercises.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to support business development and project delivery.
