WSP in Colombia is seeking a Rail Systems Team Lead to guide a multidisciplinary group of engineers in rail systems projects within our Transportation & Infrastructure division. You will drive technical excellence, coordinate interfaces across electrical, railway, and systems engineering domains, and ensure successful project delivery.

Formación
- Advanced knowledge of Systems Engineering methodologies and Systems Assurance practices.
- Experience with requirements management and verification/validation.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage the Rail Systems team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Foster collaboration across engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary leader and point of contact for the Rail Systems team.
- Support project delivery by resolving technical, operational, and coordination challenges.
- Promote Systems Engineering and Systems Assurance best practices across projects.
- Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, and team development.
