WSP en Colombia seeks a Track Team Lead for the Rail & Transit group in Bogotá. You will provide technical leadership, oversee project delivery, and mentor engineers across multidisciplinary teams on international rail infrastructure projects.

The role focuses on planning, design, and optimization of railway track infrastructure, advancing the Rail Track practice within our Global Capability Centre in Bogotá and collaborating with Canadian counterparts. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree or railway engineering certificates are a plus.
• Proven track record in leadership and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and review of railway track geometry and infrastructure designs.
• Serve as Discipline Lead for Track Design on rail projects.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers.
