WSP is seeking a Lighting Designer – Rail & Transit to design roadway and rail lighting solutions, perform photometric calculations, and develop detailed CADD drawings in a collaborative, future‑focused environment.

You will contribute to safer, smarter transportation infrastructure in Canada, working with multidisciplinary teams and presenting concepts in workshops with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design roadway lighting, rail tunnel lighting, and traffic signal systems aligned with applicable standards and project specifications
• Perform photometric analysis, lighting calculations, and system circuit design
• Conduct voltage drops calculations and prepares detailed wiring and connection diagrams
• Develop high‑quality contractual deliverables in strict accordance with CADD requirements and design directives
• Review existing conditions, drawings and specifications to refine designs
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination sessions to resolve interface issues
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, presenting design concepts in workshops and meetings
• Apply proactive, solution‑driven thinking to design challenges and client engagement
