Scotiabank is seeking a Third Party Risk Management professional in Colombia to support the vendor lifecycle, risk assessments, onboarding, and control enhancements. You will collaborate across risk, legal, and business units to ensure compliant and efficient third-party relationships.

The role requires 1+ year in Third Party Risk Management, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach. The position offers a 100% onsite start for 3 months, followed by a 3x2 hybrid work model.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Third Party Risk Management.
• University degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Experience with regulatory/risk related efforts is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write procedures and train others on Firm processes.
• Ability to guide decision making and facilitate consensus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in providing effective management of third-party relationships and all aspects of the vendor & service management lifecycle, including due diligence & risk assessments, onboarding, offboarding and contract renewal support.
• Maintain an ongoing and proactive business relationship with internal Contract Owners and the Bank’s third-party vendors.
• Respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders for information and documentation on third party relationships.
• Maintain awareness of changes in Third Party Risk; review publications, seminars, and training to develop policies, procedures and controls.
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and culture should guide day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Collaborate with business units, operations, technology, risk management and other stakeholders to obtain key data and information.
