Twilio Inc. is hiring a Technical Account Manager 4 for a remote-based role in Colombia. You will be the designated technical contact for strategic customers, supporting during Central hours and guiding proactive Twilio technology usage.

Expect collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to resolve high-stakes issues and improve customer environments. You should bring strong API, networking, and cloud troubleshooting skills, plus the ability to communicate complex topics

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of RESTful technology, APIs and cloud solutions troubleshooting.
• Broad capabilities to troubleshoot server-side code (Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python) and client-side JavaScript with React/Redux.
• Strong understanding of networking (TCP/UDP) and SSL/TLS basics.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences via phone or email.
• Experience collaborating with developers to troubleshoot API usage and Twilio helper libraries.
• Ability to understand customer environments and to propose proactive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Address customer issues with strong technical and diplomatic skills.
• Collaborate with customers' developers, architects, and support teams to resolve complex problems.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams via Slack and JIRA to report and track issues.
• Analyze customer trends and feedback to improve support processes and product outcomes.
