Job description

What you will do

• Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
• Proactively source and identify world‑class candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, with a dedicated approach.

Must haves

• Advanced English communication skills with a positive and open‑mind attitude.
• 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client‑facing roles.
• Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Elevated self‑awareness and aptitude to develop new skills.
• A passion for teamwork and leveraging opportunities.
