NeoWork is looking for a Systems Administrator & IT Support Engineer to support a 500-user, multi-state organization with a hybrid workforce. You will administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and hybrid Active Directory while providing Tier 2 help desk escalation and infrastructure support across servers, networking, and security initiatives.

Formación

• 3-5 years of progressive IT experience.
• Experience in Tier 2 Help Desk, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
• Experience supporting hybrid workforces and remote users.
• Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Exchange Online and Teams administration.
• SharePoint Online fundamentals.
• PowerShell fundamentals and VPN technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary escalation point for complex Help Desk issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, mobile, and network issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 E5 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Copilot.
• Manage user lifecycles: onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Support Windows Server environments and Hyper-V clusters.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate IT tasks.
