Pond & Company seeks a Structural Engineer to contribute to the execution and development of energy and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on structural analysis, design, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, constructible solutions.

The candidate will review calculations, prepare drawings, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Professional Engineering license or equivalent (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering in energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
• Fluent English required to collaborate with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, and foundations in energy and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and review structural calculations, technical specifications, and design deliverables.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, 3D models, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with company design standards and local/international codes.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams.
• Participate in interdisciplinary design reviews and field-related engineering efforts.
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment while meeting schedules and quality expectations.
