Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.

• More than 10 years of relevant experience working on architectural projects subject to United States codes, regulations, and standards.
• Experience preparing architectural designs, drawings, and bid packages in accordance with design guidelines and templates.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record preparing architectural designs, drawings, and bid packages while following project design guidelines and templates. This role also involves selecting materials and developing construction details that clearly communicate design intent and construction methods.

The Senior Architect will provide guidance and support for the professional development of junior- and mid-level Architects and assist with proposal preparation. Strong knowledge of residential, hospitality, and industrial projects is essential for success in this role.
