Pond & Company is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural design, drawings, and bid packages, ensuring compliance with US codes and standards. The ideal candidate will mentor junior- and mid-level Architects and contribute to proposals.

Responsibilities include material selection, construction details, design development across markets, and collaboration with clients and regulatory agencies. This on-site role requires a professional architecture license and 10+ years of experience.

Formación

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• Professional architectural license or registration.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience working on architectural projects subject to United States codes, regulations, and standards.
• Experience preparing architectural designs, drawings, and bid packages in accordance with design guidelines and templates.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and bid packages in accordance with project design guidelines and templates.
• Select materials and develop construction details that clearly communicate design intent and construction methods.
• Develop design projects across multiple markets and geographic locations, expanding technical knowledge and skills.
• Participate actively in all phases of design, from conceptual development through construction documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of proposals and bids.
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior- and mid-level Architects.
• Follow the company’s design and drafting standards to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment while meeting project deadlines and quality expectations.
• Interact with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
