EPAM Systems, Inc. in Colombia seeks a Solution Architect to act as the technical authority across a portfolio of digital products on a shared TypeScript/Node.js stack and AWS.

You will guide architecture governance, security remediation, and resilience hardening while aligning engineering and stakeholders on technical direction. You will own architecture governance, drive cloud account separation, and oversee infrastructure-as-code practices, ADRs, and runbooks.

Formación

• 3+ years of solution architecture experience across distributed systems.
• Strong cloud architecture skills with AWS.
• Strong security engineering skills and IaC basics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and document current architecture across the product portfolio.
• Validate architecture decisions for consistency with standards.
• Own and drive security remediation backlog across services.
• Lead resilience hardening with reliability patterns and safeguards.
• Guide platform initiatives like pipeline security scanning and metrics foundations.
• Mentor pod leads on architecture decision-making and risk assessment.
• Review AI-assisted code outputs for correctness and safety.
