Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong Go-Lang proficiency with scalable services.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus or willingness to learn RoR.
• Proficient in architecture, design patterns and scalable systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is desirable.
• Proven ability to mentor peers and lead by example.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and code reviews.
• Focus on security, stability, and production readiness.
