Are you passionate about solving complex problems at the intersection of quant finance, Web3, and HFT? We’re looking for a Senior C++/Rust Developer to join our core technical team.

What You’ll Do

• Buils and implement high-performance backend components in C++ (and optionally Rust).
• Build asynchronous and multithreaded systems with a focus on stability and performance.
• Design distributed caching layers and optimize memory-intensive workloads.
• Work with AWS infrastructure and cloud-native tools to deploy scalable systems.
• Interface with DynamoDB and other NoSQL databases for real-time data operations.
• Collaborate with blockchain, compliance, and product teams in an agile, cross-functional environment.
• Contribute to strategic technical decisions and help shape the long-term tech roadmap.

What You Bring

Required

• 5+ years of experience in C++, with strong knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and concurrency in production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• 2+ years of experience with NoSQL databases, ideally DynamoDB.
• Proven experience with distributed caching systems and high-availability infrastructure.
• Passion for clean, efficient code and robust architecture.
• Fluent in English or Spanish.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Rust, even on side projects or open source.
• Exposure to financial systems or real-time market data pipelines.
• Knowledge of ERC-20 tokens, Ethereum smart contracts, or other crypto primitives.
• Contributions to open source or visible technical writing (GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.).
• Work on high-impact, real-world infrastructure at the frontier of fintech and crypto.
• Be part of a small, elite team where your work directly affects product and strategy.
