Command|Link is a global SaaS provider delivering network, voice, and IT security solutions with a focus on a unified platform. Command|Alert is the signal-processing core that turns telemetry into trusted alerts at scale.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll own large parts of the correlation and alerting engine end-to-end, crafting reliable rule evaluation, anomaly detection, and downstream notification while mentoring peers and delivering independent projects that push the product forward.

Formación

• Experience designing, building, or operating high-reliability alerting or notification systems in production.
• Strong Kafka experience, particularly producing and consuming event streams for downstream delivery.
• Hands-on work with telemetry and protocol data (OpenTelemetry, NetFlow/sFlow, SNMP, syslog) to map networks and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own solutions for evaluating rule-based thresholds, ML scores, and correlation logic to produce high-fidelity alerts.
• Maintain reliability of major alerting components, including Kafka delivery and OpenSearch callbacks.
• Mentor engineers, lead cross-team discussions, and drive end-to-end delivery of large components.
• Lead greenfield projects to advance Command|Alert’s capabilities and performance.
