CHUBB IT is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement cloud-native solutions, modernize existing apps, and enhance CI/CD pipelines. You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices to improve scalability and reliability.

Strong collaboration, documentation, and mentoring skills are expected in a fast-paced, global environment. The role emphasizes cutting-edge technology adoption, security and compliance, and continuous delivery practices, with opportunities for growth

Formación

• Senior-level experience as a Software Engineer or Platform Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of modern software development practices, including Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of microservices and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Proficiency with Git and modern source control practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, design, and implement solutions to modernize applications into cloud-native architectures.
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability using microservices and containerized solutions.
• Work with container orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure security, stability, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Monitor performance and resolve production issues.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, APIs, and CI/CD workflows.
• Train and support development teams in new tools and practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend stack improvements.
