Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Specialist, Service Excellence, Analytics & Automation to strengthen LXSS performance measurement, reporting, and digital enablement. You will build dashboards, implement AI-enabled workflows, and translate operational needs into practical solutions.

Reporting to the Manager, Service Excellence, you will maintain data processes, automate pipelines, and support leadership with monthly and quarterly reviews while ensuring data quality,

Qualifikationen

Experience in service excellence, analytics, automation, or continuous improvement.
Hands-on Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
Experience with Power Automate and SharePoint data stores.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

Maintain reporting infrastructure and data repositories.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for LXSS metrics.
Automate workflows using Power Automate and other approved tools.
Provide analysis, insights, and executive-ready materials.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
