Ingepsy is seeking an experienced SDET/Test Automation Engineer to drive automated testing strategies for modernizing enterprise apps from .NET 6 to .NET 10. You will design robust test frameworks, write automated tests for web apps and APIs, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and the Tech Lead.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience in SDET/QA, strong Playwright skills, and a solid background with .NET, React, and TypeScript.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in SDET, Test Automation, or QA engineering roles.
• Strong experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with Playwright or similar modern test automation tools.
• Experience testing web applications built with .NET, React, and TypeScript technologies.
• Experience validating REST APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience working with Git-based repositories, Jira, and Agile development teams.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and QA best practices.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable automated test coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Perform manual testing to ensure full coverage where needed.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects and quality issues.
• Validate upgrades, dependencies, and compatibility changes during modernization.
• Execute test automation against web applications, APIs, and services.
• Analyze results, communicate risks, and provide quality metrics.
• Promote test automation best practices and maintain comprehensive test docs.
