Cmh Colombia is seeking an experienced SDET/ Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for modernized enterprise applications moving from .NET 6 to .NET 10. You will collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and the Tech Lead to ensure scalable test coverage and reliable releases.

The role requires hands-on experience with Playwright or similar tools, testing web apps built with .NET, React, and TypeScript, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of SDET or QA Automation experience.
• Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and strategies.
• Experience with Playwright or similar modern test automation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
• Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests for modernized applications.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Participate in manual testing to achieve full coverage of modernized applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document software defects and quality issues.
• Validate application upgrades and compatibility changes during modernization.
• Execute test automation against web applications, APIs, and supporting services.
• Analyze test results, provide quality metrics, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Promote test automation best practices and continuous quality improvement across squads.
• Create and maintain test documentation (plans, cases, results, defect tracking).
