Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software development and testing.
Proven track record leading SDET teams and test automation projects.
Strong knowledge of advanced testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with automated tests.

Responsibilities

Define and implement technical strategies and frameworks for test automation and QA.
Lead and manage a team of SDETs, setting objectives and reviewing performance.
Foster collaboration between QA, development, and other departments to improve quality.
Oversee development and maintenance of automated testing systems and infrastructure.
Drive continuous improvement in test automation practices, tools, and processes.
Advocate for best practices in quality assurance across the organization.
