Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Semi Senior SDET to design and develop advanced test automation solutions. You will apply Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java to build robust automation, ensure software quality, and support CI/CD pipelines.

Lead complex automated test suites, mentor junior SDETs, collaborate with development teams to tighten test coverage, and optimize processes for reliability. This 100% remote role offers USD compensation, flexible hours, home setup, and a multicultural, growth‑driven

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software development and testing.
Design and implement test automation frameworks.
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java.
Experience with API and UI testing.
Advanced knowledge of programming languages used in test automation.
Basic IT infrastructure and database knowledge.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Lead creation and execution of complex automated test suites and frameworks.
Mentor junior SDETs and guide them in advanced testing techniques and automation strategies.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance test coverage and improve the overall quality of software.
Optimize test automation processes for efficiency and reliability.
Conduct root cause analysis of complex bugs and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
Contribute to the design and implementation of test strategies and methodologies.
