Capgemini Engineering in Bogote1 seeks an experienced SDET to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for API and backend services using RestAssured. You will write tests for RESTful APIs and collaborate with development teams to define test strategies and quality standards.

Must have 5+ years in software testing and automation, strong Java and RestAssured skills, and experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for API and backend services using RestAssured.
• Write and execute robust automated test scripts for RESTful APIs, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Collaborate with development teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Perform code reviews for test automation scripts and mentor junior QA engineers.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance of QA processes and tools.
