AgileEngine is seeking a Scrum Master to drive core ceremonies and build high-performing delivery teams across one to three squads in a flexible hybrid setup in Medellín.

You will coach teams, facilitate planning, retros, and ensure clear communication with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders, while surfacing risks and improving processes.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience on software teams.
• Ability to execute core Scrum ceremonies independently across 1–2 teams.
• Proven servant leadership and agile coaching skills.
• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience articulating business value of team deliverables.
• Experience in Scrum of Scrums and cross-team coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Execute all core Scrum Master ceremonies and accountabilities across one to three delivery teams with minimal supervision.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the Scrum framework in partnership with TDMs/Tech Leads and TPMs.
• Monitor delivery team capacity and manage the impact of sprint injections on team commitments.
• Facilitate delivery team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices at a sustainable pace, keeping processes lightweight.
• Surface project risks and define actionable mitigation plans before escalation.
• Reduce friction between cross-functional stakeholders through structured collaboration.
• Facilitate clear communication within the delivery team to improve progress visibility.
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters on dependent teams and participate in Scrum of Scrums.
• Maintain an impediment log with resolution tracking and escalation paths.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment artifacts with Product and Tech Leads.
