AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Scrum Master to lead core ceremonies and build high-functioning delivery teams across one to three squads. You will partner with TDMs, Tech Leads, TPMs to continuously improve the Scrum framework and delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities include backlog refinement, sprint planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong facilitation and agile coaching are required; proficiency with Jira/Confluence is expected.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience on software teams.
• Proven ability to execute core Scrum ceremonies independently across 1–2 teams.
• Demonstrated servant leadership and agile coaching without rigid processes.
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to articulate business value and manage risks with stakeholders.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Slack and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Execute core Scrum ceremonies across one to three squads with minimal supervision.
• Design, implement and improve the Scrum framework with tech leads and TPMs.
• Monitor team capacity and manage sprint injections impact on commitments.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making and conflict resolution within teams.
• Coach teams on Agile practices at a sustainable pace and continuously improve.
• Surface risks early and define actionable mitigation plans.
• Reduce friction between Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders.
• Maintain clear progress visibility and effective intra-team communication.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters on dependent teams and status updates.
