AgileEngine is seeking a Scrum Master to run core Scrum ceremonies and build high-functioning delivery teams across one to three squads. You will design, implement, and continuously improve the Scrum framework in partnership with TDMs/Tech Leads and TPMs.

You will champion Agile best practices, coach teams, and surface risks with actionable mitigation plans. The role offers flextime and opportunities to work with Fortune 500 brands on cutting-edge projects.

Formación

4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience on software teams.
Ability to run all core Scrum ceremonies independently across 1–2 teams.
Demonstrated servant leadership, coaching teams on Agile practices.
Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to articulate business value and risks clearly.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

Execute core Scrum ceremonies across one to three delivery teams.
Design and improve the Scrum framework with leads and TPMs.
Monitor delivery team capacity and manage sprint commitments.
Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Coach teams on lightweight Agile practices to sustain improvements.
Surface project risks and define actionable mitigation plans.
Reduce friction between Engineering, Product, and Business through structured collaboration.
Maintain clear communication within the delivery team to improve progress visibility.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters on dependencies and Scrum of Scrums.
