AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to run core ceremonies and build high-functioning delivery teams across one to three squads.

You will design, implement, and continuously improve the Scrum framework in partnership with Tech Leads, TPMs, and Product teams. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience, strong facilitation, servant leadership, and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience on software engineering or product delivery teams.
• Proven ability to execute all core Scrum Master accountabilities independently across one or two concurrent teams.
• Demonstrated servant leadership, coaching teams on Agile best practices.
• Strong facilitation skills across team discussions, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
• Ability to understand and articulate the business value of the work delivered by the team(s).
• Experience challenging the status quo and driving continuous process improvement with technical and product leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Execute core Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives) for one to three squads.
• Design and improve the Scrum framework with TDMs/Tech Leads and TPMs.
• Monitor team capacity and manage sprint injection impact on commitments.
• Facilitate delivery team discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution.
• Coach teams on Agile practices to maintain lightweight processes and continuous improvement.
• Surface risks early and define actionable mitigation plans.
