Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer / Test Lead to guide QA activities for a greenfield Salesforce implementation. You will lead test script preparation, run manual tests, and apply AI-assisted tools to speed up testing while working with Slalom’s implementation team.

The role covers Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud/CPQ, with an emphasis on CPQ processes and early Australian rollout and potential regional expansion.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience in QA including test script creation and manual execution.
• Experience owning QA activities for an implementation or delivery workstream.

Responsabilidades

• Lead test script creation from requirements and user stories.
• Execute manual tests for Salesforce functionality prior to UAT.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate test script generation and refine coverage.
• Identify, document and track defects with developers and consultants.
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to clarify expected behavior and coverage.
• Coordinate testing dependencies with implementation/integration teams.
• Communicate testing progress, defects and blockers within the Scrum team.
• Explore opportunities for test automation as testing evolves.
