Plative seeks a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead nonprofit client engagements in Colombia, from discovery through delivery. You will act as the primary technical lead, architecting solutions, guiding data migration, and coordinating with Delivery Managers and executives to mitigate risks.

You will configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Flows, using VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Claude Code, while validating AI-generated changes before release.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience delivering complex client projects.
• Hands-on experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Flows.
• Comfortable configuring and developing in Salesforce using VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, with the technical judgment to validate AI-generated changes before deployment.
• Ability to leverage VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and AI coding assistants like Claude Code to streamline configuration while ensuring solution accuracy before release.
• Strong English fluency with outstanding presentation, client-facing, and spoken communication skills; highly confident and proactive in client meetings.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the drive to independently experiment with new tools and navigate complex tech stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary project lead for clients, running discovery sessions, building relationships, and managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Build, configure, and customize Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Flows) alongside third-party applications.
• Utilize VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and AI coding assistants to perform backend configurations, fast-paced builds, system analyses, and field creation, while reviewing AI-generated changes prior to deployment.
• Develop and contribute to data migration, and system integration strategies for complex client environments.
• Guide testing approaches for internal quality assurance and client UATs to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
• Partner with Delivery Managers, Developers, and Executives to raise project risks early and ensure seamless execution.
• Stay up-to-date on technologies relevant to the nonprofit sector.
