AgileEngine seeks a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design and run reliable CI/CD pipelines using Copado, coordinating deployments across multiple environments from development to production. You will automate release processes and troubleshoot metadata issues while partnering with developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders to improve governance and delivery speed.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Salesforce DevOps, hands-on Copado and Git experience, and strong English communication.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience with deployments and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.
• Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with change sets, metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination and communication across technical and business teams.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling.
• Manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Support version control, branching strategies, release orchestration, backup, rollback, and environment management.
• Partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define and improve deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues.
• Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management.
• Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks.
