AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado, manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production, and drive automation to reduce manual tasks. You will collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure reliable releases in a remote-friendly team.

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience including deployment and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle.
• Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with change sets, metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination and communication across technical and business teams.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling.
• Manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Support version control, branching strategies, release orchestration, backup, rollback, and environment management.
• Partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define and improve deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues.
• Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management.
• Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks.
