AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to build reliable CI/CD pipelines with Copado, deploying across development, QA, UAT, and production. You will automate deployments, manage environments, and troubleshoot metadata conflicts to ensure smooth releases.

Collaborating with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders, you will define deployment processes, establish governance, and continuously improve delivery speed and quality.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience including deployment and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle management.
• Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with change sets, metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related DevOps tooling.
• Manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Support version control, branching strategies, release orchestration, backup, rollback, and environment management.
• Partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define and improve deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues.
• Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management.
• Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Document release procedures, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks.
