AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Copado across development, QA, UAT, and production. You will automate deployments and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth releases in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of Salesforce experience, strong metadata and packaging knowledge, and proficiency with Git/CI/CD, with excellent cross-team communication in English.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce platform experience with deployment and release management.
• Hands-on with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata, packaging, environment strategy, and release lifecycle.
• Experience with Git, branching models, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with change sets, metadata API, DevOps Center, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Strong coordination and communication across technical and business teams.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado and related tooling.
• Manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Support version control, branching strategies, release orchestration, backup, rollback, and environment management.
• Partner with developers, admins, QA, and release stakeholders to define and improve deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and environment synchronization issues.
• Establish standards for release governance, testing, compliance, and change management.
• Automate repetitive deployment and validation tasks to improve delivery speed and quality.
