AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. You will bring AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce into production, improving sales and service workflows and ensuring secure, high-performance integrations.

The role requires 4+ years of CRM development with hands-on expertise in Salesforce security, Sales/Service Cloud, and scalable automation.

Formación

• 4+ years Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Hands-on Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and configuration.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders to define solutions.
• Optimize platform performance, maintain code quality, and enforce secure development practices.
• Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs and platform events.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.
