Southern National Roofing is seeking in-home sales closers and sales representatives to close high-ticket roofing deals with pre-qualified appointments. No cold calling or door knocking, with paid two-week training and ongoing sales training support.

Top performers earn substantial commissions, with a calendar filled by company-provided appointments. Ideal candidates have a track record in high-ticket or car/retail sales, excellent communication, and the ability to close in home.

Formación

• 3 years of prior outside sales experience is mandatory.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open to coaching and eager to acquire new skills.

This role is ideal for high ticket sales professionals, sales representatives, account managers, car sales professionals, and retail sales leaders who are comfortable presenting in person and closing large deals. Many of our top performers come from car sales, retail sales associate roles, inside sales, or other commission sales environments where performance directly drives income.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for selling roofing products and services to homeowners. This role involves meeting with homeowners, assessing their roofing needs, providing product and service recommendations, and ultimately closing sales.

Leads are pre-qualified and provided by the company, and there is no cold calling or door knocking required.

• Conduct 8 - 12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per week
• Close sales and achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services
• Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required
• Complete a thorough PAID two-week training program with our dedicated sales training team as part of our on-boarding process
• Attend regular sales meetings

Compensation:

• Expected monthly earning of $12,500 - $25,000
• On Target Annual Earnings: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00
• Weekly draw against commission + Progressive Uncapped Commission
• Bonus opportunities other incentives

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, appointments are scheduled at 1pm and 6pm; Saturday appointments are at 10am and 2pm
• Sales meetings may occur Monday – Thursday at 11am
