Job Description

We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join the team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is passionate about growth, winning, and self-improvement in business and life.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline using high-intent leads and smart outbound strategies
• Uncover seller motivations and structure win-win deals
• Pitch cash offers, novations, and creative finance options
• Close deals with confidence and urgency
• Collaborate closely with the team to get deals sold

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of high-level sales experience (preferably phone-based sales)
• Grit, urgency, emotional intelligence, and a strong drive to succeed
• Exceptional work ethic – willing to work late nights and weekends when needed
• Proven ability to close 5+ deals per month, earning $3,000–$5,000 per month in compensation
• Comfortable working in a performance-based culture where compensation is tied to results
• Proficient in English with strong verbal communication skills (Required)
