DEUNA is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to bridge complex architecture and business value. You will partner with E-commerce, Finance, and Product leaders to demonstrate how agentic intelligence solves data silos and reduces costs.

The role emphasizes strategic demos, ROI quantification, and cross-functional collaboration to win enterprise deals in LATAM and expanding into the U.S. market. Remote work is supported.

Formación

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales in SaaS and Payments.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (native/professional).
• Deep knowledge of APIs and SFTP integrations with PSPs.
• Proven track record selling to large global enterprise clients.
• Strong value-based selling and ROI storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical demos and translate concepts for C-suite stakeholders.
• Quantify ROI by identifying cost and efficiency improvements.
• Conduct deep technical discovery of enterprise pain points.
• Create bespoke presentations and POCs reflecting merchant KPIs.
• Manage the technical stages of the sales pipeline.
• Bridge field feedback to Product for multi-agent systems.
