Job summary

Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. seeks a senior real estate leader to establish and execute strategic plans across the Americas, with Colombia as the primary country. You will ensure facilities meet business needs in cost, location, and timing, while leading internal and external teams.

You will manage budgets, CAPEX, and performance reporting, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Fluent Spanish and English, plus a hands-on leadership style, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or project management.
• 9+ years of experience in related functions.
• Experience with property purchase, lease, and development of real estate activities.
• Strong knowledge of facility management, CAPEX budgeting, and vendor contracts.
• Working knowledge of real estate software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the Real Estate strategy and plan for assigned countries within the Americas Region, Colombia primary.
• Ensure facilities are right in location, cost, and time to meet objectives.
• Manage end-to-end facility management, budget, CAPEX planning, and reporting.
• Lead internal and third-party contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with finance, technical, and business units to optimize asset use and costs.
