Sn. Software Engineer / Bilingual / Remote position seeks an experienced QA professional to design and execute test strategies for modernization projects. You will validate .NET 10 upgrades, perform end-to-end testing, and partner with SDET teams to enhance automation coverage.

The role requires 7+ years in QA/QA engineering, strong English communication, and efficient collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders. This remote posting supports agile ceremonies and continuous quality improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for application modernization initiatives.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across applications.
• Validate .NET 10 application upgrades, dependency updates, authentication components, and technology stack changes introduced during modernization.
• Partner with SDET resources to support automated testing initiatives and improve overall test coverage and quality outcomes.
• Create and maintain test documentation, test results, defect logs, validation evidence, and release readiness artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for application modernization initiatives.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across modernized applications and supporting systems.
• Validate .NET 10 application upgrades, dependency updates, authentication components, and technology stack changes introduced during modernization
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects while partnering with development teams to drive timely resolution.
• Support critical business process validation, release readiness reviews, deployment validation, and production support activities.
• Produce quality metrics, test execution reports, defect trend analysis, and delivery quality insights for project stakeholders.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with SDET resources to support automated testing initiatives and improve overall test coverage and quality outcomes.
• Create and maintain test documentation, test results, defect logs, validation evidence, and release readiness artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
