BairesDev is seeking a Senior QA Automation & Mobile Testing Engineer to lead the quality strategy for mobile and web applications. You will champion robust automation practices to ensure releases are reliable, scalable, and provide a seamless user experience on iOS and Android.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality metrics and defect reduction.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of QA Automation and Mobile Testing experience.
• Proven experience testing native iOS and Android apps.
• Hands-on with WebdriverIO, Appium, and native frameworks.

Responsabilidades

As a Senior QA Automation & Mobile Testing Engineer, you will drive the quality strategy for our mobile and web applications. You will act as a key champion for robust automation practices, ensuring that our software releases are highly reliable, scalable, and offer a seamless user experience across iOS and Android ecosystems.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for native mobile and web applications.
• Author, execute, and debug highly reliable automated test scripts to maximize test coverage.
• Implement robust testing strategies across various physical devices, simulators, and mobile device farms.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous feedback and rapid deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to align on quality standards and track defect metrics.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation and Mobile Testing.
• Proven expertise in native mobile application testing for iOS and Android.
• Strong hands-on experience with Webdriver IO and Appium.
• Proficiency with native test automation frameworks like XCTest / XCUITest and Espresso / UI Automator.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
