Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits to identify process inefficiencies and gaps.
• Develop and maintain scorecards and KPIs to monitor performance trends.
• Produce detailed, structured reports translating findings into remediation plans.
• Lead periodic internal reviews to ensure alignment with requirements and benchmarks.

Senior QA Auditor at BairesDev

As a Senior QA Auditor, you will ensure operational excellence by conducting thorough evaluations of business processes and workflows.
