Business Data Analyst at BairesDev

As a Business Data Analyst, you will perform business and financial analysis using data to support strategic decision-making. You will act as a link between raw operational data and executive insights, ensuring that business leaders have the reports and trends necessary to optimize core processes.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making across departments.
• Conduct financial and vertical analysis to identify areas for cost control and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data consistency.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for the leadership team.
• Assist in the automation of internal processes and reporting workflows using SQL and Python.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analysis, or a related financial analysis role.
• Proven expertise in performing business and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in using SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and statistical analysis.
• Strong background in data visualization and reporting to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of statistics and empirical methods to identify trends and patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
