EPAM Systems is seeking a Python Tech Lead to guide the development team, shape architecture, and ensure scalable, high-quality software delivery. You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and own technical outcomes across projects.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with multinational teams, and delivering value while maintaining code quality and reducing technical debt. Strong Python + cloud and testing skills are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python expertise with Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proficiency in CI/CD and containerization with Docker.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes a plus.
• Strong unit testing and TDD practice.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and English at B2 level.
