Coforge is hiring a Senior Python + GenAI Engineer to join a remote LATAM team. You will build AI assistants and GenAI solutions, leveraging LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems to optimize business workflows.

You will design APIs to connect payroll, HR, and other enterprise systems, while ensuring observability and continuous improvement of GenAI capabilities. Excellent English communication is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python.
• Hands-on with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
• APIs development and integration experience.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with observability and evaluation frameworks for AI apps.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with AWS and cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and enhance AI Assistant capabilities, including chatbots and AI-powered workflows.
• Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.
• Design multi-turn conversational experiences and grounding logic.
• Develop and integrate APIs with payroll, time-off, HR, and other enterprise systems.
• Design and implement multi-agent AI systems to support complex business workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Implement observability and evaluation mechanisms to monitor and improve AI performance.
• Contribute to prompt engineering, model evaluation, and continuous GenAI improvement.
