AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer focused on database optimization and scalable software development. You will lead initiatives to enhance database performance and build robust back-end systems capable of handling large data volumes, with emphasis on revenue-driving features.

Responsibilities include data optimization, back-end processing, and clean, OOP-driven code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions and implement event-driven data

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience building tools using Streamlit for Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with Snowflake.
• Experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of databases to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Build and maintain efficient, scalable back-end systems to handle high data volumes, prioritizing revenue-driving features.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Write clean, modular code following Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable software solutions.
• Design and implement event-driven processes to improve data flow and system responsiveness.
