Qualifications

• 3+ years of Python experience with Flask and related web frameworks.
• Experience with AWS cloud and Docker containerization.
• Strong system design across microservices, database modeling, and API design.
• Proven lead experience on refactoring critical systems.
• Strong test automation with unit tests and integration testing.
• Hands-on experience delivering complex applications in agile teams.
• Excellent collaboration through code reviews and peer learning.
• Financial services domain knowledge including payments, wire transfers, reconciliations, or cash management.
• Strong communication skills to work with distributed global teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Responsibilities

• Design backend services and APIs for fintech platforms using Python and Flask.
• Lead system design across microservices, data models, and API contracts.
• Implement automated tests and enforce quality gates through unit and integration testing.
• Deploy and operate services using AWS and Docker-based workflows.
• Collaborate with global teams through code reviews and agile delivery.
